Meet Asha Susan Mani, a pioneer in ABA therapy and behavioral consultation with over two decades of dedicated service in the UAE.
Asha Susan Mani is one of the first USA BACB-Certified Behavior Analysts in the UAE and a senior autism consultant with over 20 years of clinical experience. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, PDD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, speech and behavioral challenges, and has provided personalized strategies and family-centered interventions.
She began her career supporting children with determination in 2004 and later completed her Behavior Analysis training from Florida Tech University, earning her board certification from the BACB Board, USA. In 2007, she joined the ABA Center for Special Needs in Ras Al Khaimah as ABA Program Manager & Consultant, where she conducted behavioral assessments, developed intervention plans, and trained school and in-service ABA staff.
Asha joined Austin Center for Rehabilitation in 2015, leading clinical programs across Dubai, Sharjah, and neighboring emirates. Across two decades, she has provided ABA therapy, behavioral consultation, assessments, and parent training for over 7,000 children, ranging from 14 months to 12 years, helping more than 2,000+ children successfully mainstream into schools.
She believes in delivering affordable, high-quality therapy guided by global standards and compassionate care, making specialized pediatric rehabilitation accessible to every child and family.
